This young woman also has a video series up on You Tube that gives us all, in some very short snippets a look into the world of autism. I have always maintained, that one of the most helpful aspects in raising children on the autism spectrum, is the fact that adult aspergeans can relate to us what their world is like.

cant watch the videos as i have no sound! :-( , however just wanted to say i love the butterflies on the wall in the backgound. been thinking of getting the glow in the dark ones!
ReplyDeleteteaandtoast-thanks for stopping by, Butterflies happen to be CM2s favorite thing in the entire world. One of his comfort items is a butterfly paperweight he has had since a small child.Glow in the dark ones would be awesome :)
ReplyDeleterandomly butterflys are one of my fave things as well! i have a mini collection of them! think it began after visiting a butterfly house a small child.
ReplyDeletetea- with my son it began in nursery when his class grew a butterfly garden...he also o had us put up tiles of butterflies around his bed :)
